Cooking team building

Companies and large groups – up to 300 participants. The Cooking Team Building is addressed to those companies who wants to start an educational cooking experience thought the fulfilment, in a team competition, of an individual dish or a whole menu.

The Cooking Team Building, according to the number of the participants, will take place inside our kitchen or inside the location choosed or outdoor. During a Cooking Team Building all the guests, after an explanation of the operating methods, of the kitchen’s team hierarchies  and of the recipes to be realized,  will be divided in groups working with our Chefs and Sous-Chefs to cook up a perfect full course meal together.

At the end of this cooking journey, everybody will enjoy the fruits of their labour and feast together. Natural spring water and wines will be served with the meals.

It can be expected, as an additional cost, the assistance of an external Coach.

Each participants will have at its disposal handout and an apron with the logo of the School. With an additional charge It’s possible to customize the aprons with the logo of the client. At the end of the activity will be given to everybody a Certificate of Attendance with the logo of the Client and the name of each participants.
